Pamodzi e-Services Foundations Foundation · 6 lessons · about 1.9 hours What the Pamodzi e-Services framework is and how it works: one national portal, MDA back offices, services as configuration, federation, modules, and the security and testing rules every change follows. Data protection and registers Intermediate · 5 lessons · about 1.9 hours How the platform applies the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 to the National Data Registers: register packs and masks, data-sharing agreements, audit and access logs, data subject requests, retention and breach handling. E2E testing and documentation Intermediate · 5 lessons · about 2.5 hours Run the e2e kit, write a Playwright journey that takes a service from application to verified output, generate its documentation automatically and publish it to the central documentation share. Integration developer Intermediate · 6 lessons · about 3 hours Connect a system to the Pamodzi e-Services platform safely: call the Partner API with client credentials, receive signed webhooks, verify issued documents, sign people in with Pamodzi Pass or ZamPass, handle payments, and take an integration to production. Service designer Intermediate · 6 lessons · about 2.8 hours Design a complete e-Service in the back office without code: its form, process, fees, documents, output templates and capabilities, then test it, have it approved and publish it to the national portal. Federation operator Advanced · 5 lessons · about 3.5 hours Run the national hub and MDA nodes: understand what lives where, manage signing keys and the node registry, follow catalogue sync and relays, onboard a node under maker-checker, monitor node status and promote releases safely. Module developer Advanced · 6 lessons · about 4 hours Decide when a ministry need calls for configuration, a reusable capability or a module, then build, switch on, test and release a module that plugs into the MDA-neutral core through extension points.

How certification works

  1. Read every lesson and mark it as done.
  2. Earn the certificates of the course's prerequisites.
  3. Take the assessment: 3 attempts a day, questions drawn at random, pass mark shown on each course.
  4. Your certificate has a serial number and a verification code. Anyone can check it at /verify.
