You will be able to
- Explain why a service is configuration and name its parts
- Build an application form with field-library fields, case types and the geometry field
- Model a process with the right step types, roles and routes, and simulate it
- Configure fees, the fee schedule, finance approval and required documents
- Prepare output document templates and choose capabilities instead of new code
- Test a draft, submit it for approval and explain how it reaches the national portal
